Discuss/Act On replacement of tree on southeast corner.

Discuss/Act on Policy Change on user’s fees. New policy statement should read:
Library Cards: Free library cards are issued to residents of Okmulgee County. Persons outside Okmulgee County must pay a $6.00 per year, per family, library user’s fee. All applicants must supply a local reference and show a valid driver’s license or photo identification with current address. Expired cards should be brought to the library to be updated. A fee of $2.00 will be charged to replace lost cards.

New State Aid regulations require that we not charge a user’s fee for anyone in Okmulgee County.
